KZgunea sarea lan handia egiten ari da Euskal Autonomia Erkidegoko hiru hiriburuetako herritar guztiengana heltzeko. Orain arte Bilbao, Donostia eta Gasteizen 19 gune zabaldu dituzte bertako 745.201 herritarrek etxetik hurbil Interneten sartzeko eta prestatzeko gune publikoa izan dezaten.
Azken KZgunea Gasteizen zabaldu dute, Arriaga auzoan. Honekin, Gasteizen sei lokal daude, Donostian bezala; Bilbaon, berriz, zazpi daude. Irailean Donostiako Igeldo auzoan beste bat zabalduko dute. Hiru hiriburutan 50.000 herritar inguruk eman dute izena eta 23.000 lagunek egin dute Interneteko oinarrizko ikastaroa.
Gasteizen zabaldutako azken guneak (Arriaga) 17 ordenagailu ditu, prestakuntza- eta nabigazio-alorretan banatuak. Bere eragin eremuan 11.000 familia ingururi ematen die zerbitzua. Instalazioak inauguratu zituztenean, Gasteizko Udala eta Eusko Jaurlaritza pozik agertu ziren KZgunea programaren martxarekin; halaber, gunerik gabeko auzotan zabaltzeko asmoa azaldu zuten.
The KZgunea network is making an all-out effort to reach the entire population of the three Basque capitals. Until now, a total of 19 centres have been opened in Bilbao, Donostia-San Sebastián and Vitoria-Gasteiz to provide their 745,201 inhabitants with a public Internet-access centre near their homes.
The capital of Alava was the last to open a new KZgunea centre, on this occasion in the district of Arriaga, bringing those available for public use in Vitoria-Gasteiz to six, the same number as in San Sebastián, and one less than in Bilbao. Another centre is to be opened in the Igeldo district of San Sebastián. Almost 50,000 citizens have enrolled in the three capitals, 23,000 of whom have taken the basic Internet course.
The latest centre opened in Vitoria-Gasteiz (Arriaga) has 17 computers split into education and navigating areas serving some 11,000 families in its area of influence. At the inauguration of the installations, representatives of Vitoria-Gasteiz City Hall and the Basque Government spoke words of congratulation for the good progress of the KZgunea programme, while predicting the opening of new centres in other districts.

Prestakuntza jasotzera eta nabigatzera KZgunera hurbiltzen diren internauten %52,41, 10:00 eta 12:00 bitartean, eta 16:00 eta 18:00 bitartean joaten da, eta ia %20 18:00 eta 20:00 bitartean.
Navigation controls made in the classrooms themselves show that an average of 3,300 citizens uses the 271 centres in the KZgunea network on working days (Monday-Friday).
By province, the KZgunea centres most used in Alava are, in order: Europa, Iparralde and Hegoalde (Vitoria-Gasteiz), Laudio/Llodio and Amurrio. In Biscay: the Gernika-Lumo, Abando (Bilbao), Basauri, Durango and Deusto (Bilbao) centres. And in Gipuzkoa, those most used on a daily basis are, correlatively: Ernest Lluch, Okendo and Alderdi Eder (Donostia-San Sebastian), Zumarraga and Irun.
The most popular time slots for training and navigation alike are 10-12 a.m. and 4-8 p.m., when 52.41% of the internet users attend the KZgunea centres, while almost 20% prefer 6-8 p.m.
KZguneak, beste hainbaten artean, Internet, Sarean sartzeko zailtasun bereziak dituzten taldeetara hurbiltzeko helburua zuen. Guneetako geletara, gizarte-ekintzako mota guztietako elkarteetako kideak hurbildu dira. Adibidez bertan izan da, Zallako (Bizkaia) Mimetiz eguneko zentroko Avifes gaixo psikikoen senideen aldeko elkarte bizkaitarra.
"Informatika eta Interneteko gaiak barneratzeko nahikoa gaitasuna dute, eta horregatik eskoletan interes handia jartzen dute", esan du taldearekin batera hurbildu den Avifes-eko Mari Jose monitoreak. Honek, Eztizen KZguneko tutorearekin batera, iragan ekainean Zallan hasi zuten oinarrizko ikastaroan gelak eman dituen aurrerapausoak ikusten ditu.
"Ikasle hauen zailtasunak? Beste erabiltzaileek dituzten berberak, hots, sagua mugitu eta noranzkoak aldatzea",esan dute Mari Josek eta Eztizenek. Erantsi dute, nabigatzeko garaian ikasle horiek ez dutela lehentasunik: "Jada ezagutzen dituzten gauzak bilatzen dituzte, guztia Interneten dagoela egia den jakiteko". Eta Mari Josek azpimarratu du: "Haientzako zailena, beharbada, azalpenak emateko garaian arreta jartzea da. Gauzak behin eta berriz esan behar dira, adibide gehiago jarri eta edukiak era sinpleagoan adierazi. Batez ere praktika dute gustukoa".
Bi arduradunen ustez, Avifes elkarteko talde hau Internet ezagutzera eramateko esperientzia arrakastatsua izan da: "Pertsona arrunta da, gaixotasun bat besterik ez dute", esan du Mari Josek.
AOne of the objectives of the KZgunea programme has been to introduce groups of people with special difficulties to the Internet. Members of all kinds of associations dedicated to social action have visited our classrooms. This is the case of Avifes, the psychic disorder sufferers’ association from the Mimetiz day centre in Zalla (Bizkaia).
"These students have shown themselves to be fairly receptive to computers and the Internet, hence their interest and effort in class ", said Mari Jose, the monitor from Avifes who accompanied the group and whom, together with Ezitzen, teacher at the KZgunea centre, have noted the progress made by the class at the basic course started last June in Zalla./p>
"The difficulties experienced by these users? The same as those suffered by other users, getting used to the mouse and entering the names of web pages"according to both Mari Jose and Eztizen. They add that these users show no particular preference when navigating: " They look for things that they already know to check whether or not it’s true that you can find anything on the Internet". And Mari Jose remarks: "Perhaps the hardest thing for them is paying attention to the explanations. You have to repeat things a lot, show more examples and explain the content more simply. They get on best with the practical side".
Both of these people in charge of introducing this group from the Avifes association to the Internet qualify the experience as a success: "These are normal, everyday people, the only difference is that they suffer from an illness", concludes Mari Jose.
2002. urteaz geroztik, KZgunea programak erabiltzaileei, bertan eskaintzen dituzten zerbitzuekin gustura ote dauden adierazteko eta euren iradokizunak egiteko aukera ematen die. 1 eta 5 arteko eskalan, programaren Asebetetze Indize Orokorra 4,74koa da, eta erabiltzaileen %83,24k “oso gustura” dagoela aitortzen du ekainean amaitutako inkesta baten arabera.
Emaitzak, guneetan emandako prestakuntzarekin lotutako galderei erantzun dieten internautei dagozkie (antolakuntza, gelaren baldintzak, ikastaroen edukiak, tutoreak eta prestatzeko materialak). Azken hiru urteetan aldizka egindako zazpi inkestetan erabiltzaileek beti Asebetetze Indize Orokorra 4 puntutik gora eman dute. Puntu altuenak tutoreek jasotzen dituzte.
Inkesta horretan ere, erabiltzaileak Internet ezagutu eta erabiltzen ote duen galdetzen dute. Datu horiek, antolakuntzak, programaren eguneroko garapenean euren iritziak baloratzeko balio dute.
Ever since 2002, the KZgunea programme has been offering its users the chance to participate in a questionnaire gauging their degree of satisfaction with the different services offered and permitting them to make suggestions. On a scale from 1 to 5, the General Satisfaction Rate (GSR) with the programme comes to 4.74, with 83.24% of the users stating that they are "extremely satisfied", according to the latest survey ending last June.
These are the results obtained from the Internet users who answered questions related to training at the centres (organisation, classroom conditions, course content, teachers and training material). These users have repeatedly awarded a GSR of over 4 in the seven questionnaires periodically made for the last three years, with the personal teacher being the factor to receive the highest marks.
The questionnaire similarly asks questions regarding the familiarity of the user with the Internet and its use, thus permitting the organisation to assess their opinions and the everyday development of the programme.
Guztira 1.390 herritarrek eman dute izena KZguneen sarean oinarrizko Microsoft Word XPko IT Txartela ziurtagiria lortzeko. Ziurtagiri hau derrigorrezkoa da Eusko Jaurlaritzako administrazio-laguntzaileen lan poltsetan sartzeko azterketak egiteko. Ziurtagiri hau aurkezteaz gain, oposiziogileek beste modulu bat (Word XP aurreratua) ba ote duten kontuan hartuko dute.
ESI (European Software Institute) erakundeak bermatutako IT Txartela ziurtagiriarekin, hainbat moduluren bidez (Internet, sistema eragileak, ofimatika eta informatika librea), informazioaren teknologietan ezagutzak neurtzeko elementu bat eskaintzen die pertsonei, enpresei eta erakundeei. Ziurtagiri honekin, teknologi horietan erabiltzaileen aurrerapauso-maila ebalua daiteke eta, aldi berean, lanpostuak betetzeko behar diren ezagutzak egiaztatzeko modua izan dezakete.
Oinarrizko Word XP egiaztatzeko azterketetara aurkeztu diren herritarren artean, uztailaren erdialdera 1.000 inguruk Oinarrizko Word XP azterketa gainditu zuten (azterketak uztailaren amaieran bukatzen dira) eta ziurtagiria lortu zuten.
IT Txartela ziurtagiria abian jarri zutenetik, 2.000 lagun baino gehiagok gainditu dute oinarrizko Interneteko ezagutzei buruzko azterketa (lehen modulua), KZguneetako ia erabiltzaile guztiek. Moduluen azterketa guztiak doan dira eta modulu bakoitzak 70 galdera ditu ordenagailuan erantzuteko.
A total of 1,390 citizens have registered with the KZgunea centre network to obtain the IT Txartela certificate in basic Microsoft Word XP, an obligatory part of the tests permitting access to vacancies for administrative workers with the Basque Government. In addition to the obligation of presenting this certificate, applicants are also awarded extra marks for holding the advanced Word XP.
The IT Txartela certificate, backed by the ESI (European Software Institute), offers individuals, companies and organisations an element proving knowledge of information technologies in different modules (Internet, operating systems, office management and open source computing). This certificate makes it possible to assess the progress made by users in the said technologies, while serving to certify the knowledge necessary for the different job vacancies.
Of the citizens sitting the basic Word XP exams, 1,000 had already passed the basic XP Word test by mid-July (the last tests take place at the end of July), thus obtaining their certificate.
Ever since the IT Txartela certificate was launched, over 2,000 people have passed the basic Internet knowledge test (first module), almost all of whom were KZgunea users. All of the exams for the different modules are free and consist of 70 questions each, the answers to which are entered in the computer.
KZguneak erabiltzaileei Encarta eta Wikipedia entziklopedia digitalak eskaintzen hasi zaizkie. Lehena Microsoft-ena da eta bigarrena Sarean dago. Euskal hiru hiriburuetako guneetan jarri dute lehendabizi Encarta ren azken bertsioa; bertan ere, gogokoen menutik zuzenean sartzeko Wikipedia ipini dute.
Encarta Reference Libray Premium 2005 kontsultarako entziklopedia munduan gehien saltzen da eta artikulu bakoitzak eduki multimedia du (audioa, bideoa, argazkiak...). The KZgunea centres have started offering their users the digital Encarta and Wikipedia encyclopaedias, the former of which belongs to Microsoft, while the second is available for free use on the Internet. The centres in the three Basque capitals were the first to offer the latest version of Encarta and to have Wikipedia directly added to their favourites menu.
The Encarta Reference Library Premium 2005 encyclopaedia is the most widely sold in the world, and each article contains a certain amount of multimedia content (audio, video, illustrations, etc.). This latest version has a search bar appearing on the Windows task wizard, even when the encyclopaedia is closed. Students therefore have access to the database without having to worry about where to find it in the Internet.
The "free" Wikipedia encyclopaedia, for its part, has become the biggest knowledge database on the Internet. Internet users themselves collaborate in the drawing up of its content, available in over a hundred languages, offering students and users in general almost 60,000 articles in Spanish and almost 3,000 terms in the Basque language, Euskara.
15 urterekin eta jazz-erako grinarekin, Bermeoko (Bizkaia) "Jizz-jazz Kultur Taldea"dagoeneko birtuala da. Musika-mota hau maite dutenek eta instrumentistek osatutako kultur talde honetako zenbait kidek, Sarean ezagutzera emateko aukera izan dute. KZgunearen "komunitate birtualak"azpiprogramari esker lortu dute. Dagoeneko 230 elkarte erregistratu dira.
Jizz-jazz kultur taldea, tutoreen laguntzarekin eta iparrorratz kutxen diseinuak dituzten plantilletan oinarrituta, KZguneetan sortu diren "musika, dantza eta folklore"atalean (21, maila honetan) sailkatutako elkarteetako bat da. "Bustirialdean jazz-musika sustatu eta zabaltzeko"Jizz-jazz taldeko kideak oso gustura daude euren "blog"-arekin.
IUztaila, gainera, oso hilabete egokia da Euskadin 'swing' , 'be-bop' edo abangoardiazaleentzat, Getxo (Bizkaia), Vitoria-Gasteiz (Araba) eta Donostiako (Gipuzkoa) nazioarteko jazzaldiak egiten dituztelako.
At the age of 15 and with a passion for jazz, the "Jizz-jazz Kultur Taldea", Association from Bermeo (Bizkaia) has gone virtual. Some of the members of this cultural group consisting of instrumentalists and lovers of this musical genre have been offered opportunity to make themselves known on the Internet by the KZgunea" virtual communities " sub-program, with which 230 associations are already registered.
The Jizz-jazz cultural group is one of the associations in the "music, dance and folklore" category (coming to a total of 21) born at the KZgunea centres with the help of the teachers and based on templates with weblog designs. The members of Jizz-jazz are delighted with their blog based on "the idea of promoting and spreading jazz music throughout the Bustirialdea region".
The month of July is moreover a great time in the Basque Country for lovers of swing, be-bop or new music thanks to the international jazz festivals in Getxo (Bizkaia), Vitoria-Gasteiz (Alava) and Donostia-San Sebastián (Gipuzkoa).
Etorkizuna, Administrazio elektronikoa da. Eusko Jaurlaritzak plan estrategiko bat antolatu du. Helburua: euskal e-Administrazioaren aurrerapena koordinatzea, honek herritarrekin eta enpresekin harremana hobetzeko, eta haren zerbitzuak informazioaren gizartearen premietara egokitzeko.
KZgunea sarea Administrazio digitala bultzatzen laguntzen ari da, Vitoria Gasteizko Udala bezalako erakunde guztien ekimenetan parte hartuz. Ekainean, hiri horretako udal-lokaletan udako kirol-jardueretako 5.300 plazen zozketarako, aldez aurretik on line izena emateko laguntza eman zuten KZguneetan (gainera, nahi bazuten, Internet bidez matrikula formalizatu eta izena ematea ordaintzeko aukera ematen zuten).

The future means electronic administration. The Basque Government has drawn up a strategic plan to co-ordinate progress of the Basque e-administration in order to improve its relations with citizens and companies, while similarly adapting its services to the information society.
The KZgunea network participates in boosting digital administration by collaborating with institutional initiatives, as is the case for instance of Vitoria-Gasteiz City Hall. Last June, the centres offered assistance to anyone wishing to register for the on-line draw of places in 5,300 sports activities organised during summer in the city’s municipal installations (they could also confirm and pay for their enrolment via the Internet).
The aim of the initiative was to prevent cheating and queues when obtaining a number of participation in the draw while opening the way to future pre-enrolment and draws for another 20,000 places in cultural and sports activities to take place in September. According to the City Hall and to the Basque Government, this procedure is more efficient, transparent, safer and fairer when it comes to awarding places.
KZgunea, Interneteko Eguna Sarietara aurkeztu da "Herri Administrazioko Web Eskuragarriena" eta "Tarte Digitalaren aurkako Ekimen Onena" mailetan. Sariek helburu hau dute: herritarrak Informazioaren Gizartera sartzeko pertsonen eta erakundeen ahalegina aitortzea.
Internet Eguna urriaren 25ean egingo dute hainbat erakunde publiko eta pribatuk antolatuta. Antolatzaileen hitzetan, jardunaldi hauen bidez, herritartasun digitala sutatzea, lehiakorragoak izateko eta bizi-kalitatea hobetzeko Internetek eskainitako aukeraz jabetzea, eta tarte digitala murriztea bilatzen dute.
www.kzgunea.net atariak, eskuragarritasuneko A hirukoitza (AAA) maila lortu du, Interneteko Munduko Partzuergoak (W3C) ezarritako arauen arabera, maila altuena. Bestalde, alfabetatze digitaleko KZgunea programak, bere helburu nagusia dagoeneko lortu du: 75.000 lagun, 15 urtez gorako Euskal Autonomia Erkidegoko biztanleen %4, Internet erabiltzen hastea.
EThe KZgunea programme is competing for the "Internet Day" awards in the "Most Accessible Public Administration Network" and "Best Initiative against the Digital Breach"categories. The purpose of these awards is recognition of the effort made by people and institutions to involve citizens in the Information Society.
The "Internet Day", organised by different public and private entities, will take place on 25 October next. The aim of the event, according to its promoters, is to boost digital citizenry, awareness of the opportunities offered by the Internet thanks to improved competitiveness, improved quality of life and a reduction in the digital breach.
The www.kzgunea.net portal holds the triple-A (AAA) for accessibility, the highest level according to the guidelines established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). The KZgunea digital literacy programme has already achieved its first goal: to initiate 75,000 people in the Internet, 4% of the Basque over-15 population in the Basque Autonomous Community.
Reflex kamera bat, bideokamera bat edo kamera trinkoak, guztiak digitalak. Sari horiek lor ditzakete, erakundeek antolatutako programa honek Interneterako prestatu dituen 75.000 lagunak gogoratzeko "KZgunea 75.000"argazki digitaleko lehiaketan parte hartzen ari diren KZguneko erabiltzaileek.
Foto Ikatz (http://www.ikatz.es/) denda-sareak babestuta, erabiltzaileek guneen sarearen errealitatea jaso behar dute, ikasleak gelan, nabigatzaileak, gelak edo Euskadin prestatutako 271 lokaletako fatxaden argazkiak atereaz. Irudiak, KZguneko euskarriren batekin (logotipoak, kartelak, euskarriak, banderak, eta abar) identifikatu besterik ez dituzte egin behar.

A reflex camera, a video camera or compact cameras, all digital, are the prizes that will go to the KZgunea users participating in the digital photography competition entitled "KZgunea 75,000" in commemoration of the 75,000 citizens already trained in the Internet under this institutional programme.
Sponsored by the Foto Ikatz chain of photography shops (http://www.ikatz.es/) the users must reflect reality at the centre network with photographs showing the students, Internet navigators, installations or facades of the 271 centres in the Basque Country. The only rule is that the images be related to the KZgunea centres in some way (showing logos, posters, hardware/software, banners, etc.).
Users can send their images on-line via the www.kzgunea.net portal (clicking on the competition banner) until 31 October next. An image gallery will show the short-listed photographs competing for the final prizes.
Sopelana, Bilbao, Sestao, Arrigorriaga eta... aurten, Durangon. Beste behin ere, 2001. urteaz geroztik Bizkaian urtero egiten dituzten Internetera hurbiltzeko jardunaldietan jende ugari izan da. Ekitaldiak "Sareskola" izena du, eta gizon eta emakumeei, heldu eta gazteei, ikasle eta enplegu-bilatzaileei Sarearekin lehen harremana izan dezaten eskaini nahi die.
Durangoko Landako Gunean izan zen KZgunea programa, monitore adituen laguntzaz, hainbat talde Interneten nabigatzeko. Horretarako 150 ordenagailu jarri zituzten.
Sareskolako edizio hau Durangoko Udalak, Bizkaiko Foru Aldundiak eta Eusko Jaurlaritzak antolatu dute. Azken honek, Euskadi Informazioaren Gizartean Plana izenekoaren bidez antolatu du. Plan horretako programa bat KZgunea da.
Sopelana, Bilbao, Sestao, Arrigorriaga and... this year, Durango. Once again the public flocked to the Internet introduction workshop held annually in Bizkaia since 2001. The event, called "Sareskola", is aimed at offering men and women, the elderly, the young, students and job seekers their first contact with the web.
The Landako Gunea fairground in Durango was the setting for the KZgunea programme offering a total of 150 computers to the different groups of people coming along to discover the Internet with the help of various specialised monitors
This year’s Sareskola was organised by Durango Town Hall, the Bizkaia Provincial Council and the Basque Government, the latter of which participated via the so-called Euskadi in the Information Society Plan, one of the programmes of which is KZgunea.
KZguneko 8.000 erabiltzaile baino gehiagok hartu duten parte, guneetan dagoen prestakuntzarako eskaintza zabalaren ezagutza-mailari buruzko inkestan. Laguntza eskaintzeagatik, landa-turismoko etxeetan asteburuko 48 egonaldiren zozketan sartu dira.
Uztailean inkestan parte hartzen dutenek, bi lagunentzako azken lau egonaldi eskuratzeko zozketan hartuko dute parte. Sustapen hau Eusko Jaurlaritzako Nekazaritza eta Arrantza Sailak babestu du Nekazalturismoa (Euskadiko nekazalturismo eta landetxeak) sarearen bitartez.
Over 8,000 KZgunea users took part in a questionnaire on the level of knowledge of the wide range of training options on offer at the centres. The prize for their collaboration was participation in the draw for a total of 48 weekend farm and country house breaks.
Those participating in the questionnaire during the month of July will be the last to compete for the last four weekends for two people. This promotion was sponsored by the Basque Department of Agriculture and Fisheries and by the Nekazalturismoa web (Farm and Country House Accommodation in the Basque Country).
